"Nemuri - Japanese for sleep, reset & gentle slumber" The Nemuri Aroma is an aromatherapy treatment to calm the mind and support deep rest. Clients choose an intention, allowing the treatment to be tailored to how you're feeling on the day. A bespoke aromatherapy blend will be selected based on your chosen mood. Using slow, rhythmic techniques, the treatment focuses on the scalp, temples, face, neck and shoulders using your chosen aromatherapy blend throughout. The treatment will be completed with a hand massage and warm dry towel cocoon. Choose your Intention. Each mood is designed to support how you want to feel on the day, Your aromatherapy blend and massage focus will be guided on the intention you choose. Choice of Aromas - > Unwind (Stress) Best for: Stress, Tension, Burnout, Overload, Busy Minds Oil Notes: Orange, Cederwood & Bergamot > Drift (Sleep) Best for: Poor Sleep, Racing Thoughts, Exhaustion Oil Notes: Chamomile, Lavender & Ylang Ylang >Rise (Energy) Best for: Low Energy, Brain Fog, Post Stress Fatigue Oil Notes: Grapefruit, Lemon & Peppermint Calm (Anxiety) Best for: Anxiety, Overwhelmed, Emotional Tension Oil Notes: Ylang Ylang, Lavender & Bergamont Conclude your treatment with time in our relaxation area and a cup of hot tea.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Due to time & work capacity, your appointment cannot be secured if a deposit has not been paid. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so via your online account or you can contact us via a contact enquiry form, email or phone. Please make sure you reschedule in with the therapist you initially booked in with. You can reschedule providing 48 hours notice is given and your deposit can be carried over to your rescheduled date. If less than 48 hours notice is given, this will go down as a cancellation and a new deposit will be required. This also applies to any gift voucher appointments. If you have a gift voucher, please enter the code at checkout and book in with the selected therapist when the voucher was initially purchased. Deposits will not be refunded for any cancellations regardless of how much notice is given or reason for cancellation. If you wish to cancel your appointment at any time, please contact The Head Spa(ce) directly. Any no shows who do not notify The Head Spa(ce) that they cannot attend their appointment will be automatically charged full payment. Furthermore, any no clients who do not pay the no show fee will be removed from the booking list and will not be able to book any future appointments with The Head Spa(ce). Please be respectful that this is our business that we have worked so hard for. We understand life can get busy but please communicate with us at the earliest convenience should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
