Struggling with your scalp? This treatment is specifically for clients with a scalp condition such as psoriasis, dry/ flaky scalp, irritation, or oily scalps. We use different products and tools depending on the condition and severity of your scalp. This treatment includes : • Scalp Analysis & Consultation • Essential Oil Blend & Pre Cleanser with Massage •. Dry Scrub and Steam •. Remove any build up using scalp tools • Double Deep Hair Cleanse • Conditioning Hair Mask • Waterfall Halo • Post Scalp Analysis, •. Blast Hair Dry • Treatment Plan Light massage included in treatment. Extra treatments can be added onto to your booking. You can choose either 1 Deluxe add on or up to 2 Classic add ons. You can do this during the check out procedure and they will be automatically added to your appointment. These include: Classic Add On's • HydroJelly Mask & Hot Towel (£15) • Clay Mask & Hot Towel (£10) • Neck & Shoulder Extended Massage (£15) • Lower Leg & Foot Massage (£25) • Arm & Hand Massage (£15) • Foot Massage (£15) Deluxe Add On's • BlowDry (£20) • Signature Head Space Express Facial (£35)
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Due to time & work capacity, your appointment cannot be secured if a deposit has not been paid. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so via your online account or you can contact us via a contact enquiry form, email or phone. Please make sure you reschedule in with the therapist you initially booked in with. You can reschedule providing 48 hours notice is given and your deposit can be carried over to your rescheduled date. If less than 48 hours notice is given, this will go down as a cancellation and a new deposit will be required. This also applies to any gift voucher appointments. If you have a gift voucher, please enter the code at checkout and book in with the selected therapist when the voucher was initially purchased. Deposits will not be refunded for any cancellations regardless of how much notice is given or reason for cancellation. If you wish to cancel your appointment at any time, please contact The Head Spa(ce) directly. Any no shows who do not notify The Head Spa(ce) that they cannot attend their appointment will be automatically charged full payment. Furthermore, any no clients who do not pay the no show fee will be removed from the booking list and will not be able to book any future appointments with The Head Spa(ce). Please be respectful that this is our business that we have worked so hard for. We understand life can get busy but please communicate with us at the earliest convenience should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
