Welcome the new season with our limited Spring Head Spa Experience, designed to refresh the scalp, release tension and restore balance after winter months. This treatments includes : - An Express Head Spa - Any massage add on, whether that be shoulders/neck, arms/hands or foot massage - Spring Aromatherapy Oil Blend - Post treatment Hair Dry - Time in our relaxation area / drinks/ nibbles This treatment does not include a scalp analysis. Available from March to May only Usually £110, now £80 Please note: The Spring Head Spa Experience is a seasonal promotional treatment and is available for new bookings only. Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Due to time & work capacity, your appointment cannot be secured if a deposit has not been paid. After you have made your booking, you will receive a secure payment link for your deposit. This must be paid within 48 hours to secure your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so via your online account or you can contact us via a contact enquiry form, email or phone. Please make sure you reschedule in with the therapist you initially booked in with. You can reschedule providing 48 hours notice is given and your deposit can be carried over to your rescheduled date. If less than 48 hours notice is given, this will go down as a cancellation and a new deposit will be required. This also applies to any gift voucher appointments. If you have a gift voucher, please enter the code at checkout and book in with the selected therapist when the voucher was initially purchased. Deposits will not be refunded for any cancellations regardless of how much notice is given or reason for cancellation. If you wish to cancel your appointment at any time, please contact The Head Spa(ce) directly. Any no shows who do not notify The Head Spa(ce) that they cannot attend their appointment will be automatically charged full payment. Furthermore, any no clients who do not pay the no show fee will be removed from the booking list and will not be able to book any future appointments with The Head Spa(ce). Please be respectful that this is our business that we have worked so hard for. We understand life can get busy but please communicate with us at the earliest convenience should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
